Terms of Service
Last updated: July 19, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to trustnodehq.com, our documentation, waitlist, and related marketing materials operated by TrustNode ("we", "us"). By using these surfaces you agree to these Terms.
Services covered
These Terms cover the public website, documentation, and waitlist. Paid products (API, dashboard seats, enterprise agreements) may be governed by separate order forms or master agreements that prevail over these Terms for those services.
Acceptable use
- Do not abuse, scrape disruptively, or attempt unauthorized access
- Do not submit unlawful, harmful, or misleading waitlist information
- Do not reverse engineer marketing assets beyond fair use
- Comply with export, sanctions, and applicable privacy laws
Waitlist and communications
Joining the waitlist is not a guarantee of access, pricing, or feature availability. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those messages or by contacting support@trustnodehq.com.
Intellectual property
TrustNode branding, site content, documentation, and software (except open-source components under their own licenses) are owned by TrustNode or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable license to view and use public docs for evaluating or integrating TrustNode.
Disclaimer
The website and documentation are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that content is error-free. Security tooling reduces risk but does not guarantee that no sensitive data will ever leave your environment.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrustNode is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from use of the marketing site or waitlist. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to these surfaces is limited to £100 or the amount you paid us for them in the prior 12 months (if any), whichever is greater.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify TrustNode against claims arising from your misuse of the site, waitlist submissions, or violation of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
